We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst to work with external vendors, system owners, community partners, contractors, and other leadership to design, develop, implement, and operationalize revenue cycle information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and address enhancement requests efficiently.
- Analyze needs and documentation to develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Proactively participate in performance improvements, business transformation, and system innovations.
- Support system activities, stay current with technical standards (e.g., ITIL), and serve as a resource on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate on project goals and milestones, manage tasks, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Create standard and custom reports as needed.
- Train new staff and collaborate with vendors and customers during system implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience required.
- 3+ years of experience with Soarian application and HL7 interface troubleshooting.
- Experience in IS Healthcare setting
- Familiarity and experience with 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Patient Keeper experience (and/or Revenue Cycle experience (Scheduling, Registration, HIM coding & abstracting, Patient Accounting and Billing) a plus.
