IDR, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle and Coding Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical coding, medical auditing, or billing, with a strong understanding of governmental and contractual regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all revenue cycle functions from coding to billing.
  • Collect medical claims from physicians and conduct chart reviews to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in medical coding, medical auditing, or billing.
  • Ability to perform chart reviews and determine diagnosis, procedure, and CPT codes.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPIC EMR experience.
  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Specialist Physician (CCSP), or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification.
