Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead in-house development initiatives utilizing Oracle Fusion Financials, providing technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle and customizing enterprise solutions.
  2. Analyze, modify, and support Oracle Cloud ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with non-Oracle applications.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to define financial processes and system requirements for Oracle Fusion.
  4. Oversee enhancements and modifications in financial modules, including hands-on configuration tasks.
  5. Facilitate user acceptance testing and training to promote user engagement and ensure smooth transitions during quarterly updates.
  6. Develop and modify reports using various tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and Hyperion.
  7. Utilize SOAP and ReST APIs for integrating external systems with Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud services.
  8. Draft business requirement documents for reporting, interfaces, and application extensions, alongside user documentation and training materials.
  9. Resolve issues across various financial modules, ensuring operational efficiency.
  10. Deliver comprehensive training to end-users, leveraging a strong understanding of financial processes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Equivalent foreign degrees will also be considered.

Experience: A minimum of 60 months in roles such as Senior Software Engineer or Project Analyst, with relevant experience in financial systems.

Special Skills:

  • Expertise in troubleshooting financial modules including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
  • Proficient in designing solutions for Oracle Applications and configuring finance modules based on business needs.
  • Experience in creating design documents following Oracle AIM methodology.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and implement necessary customizations.
  • Skilled in conducting testing and regression analysis post-upgrades.
  • Strong capability in aligning business requirements with Oracle Cloud Financials functionalities.
  • Experience in preparing and documenting test plans and conducting system integration testing.
