Job Title: Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
TPI Composites is seeking a Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to support the delivery of our growing portfolio of application systems and to provide expertise in project management, gathering requirements, design, configuration, testing and support of strategic projects, enhancements, integrations, and relevant production support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and validate enterprise application solutions as a senior member of a global IT team.
  • Advocate and utilize the application system development lifecycle (SDLC) for application support, enhancement, and deployment activities.
  • Analyze business processes, elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, and identify alternative solutions to exploit and leverage new or existing IT technology components.
  • Support IT leadership in establishing the Enterprise Solution Roadmaps, focusing on business benefits by digitizing key business processes to reduce the functional cost to serve for each organization.
  • Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value.
  • Prioritize work efforts on projects, including scheduling, assignment of work, review of project efforts and status, and help develop the project scope, estimate project cost, and efforts needed of customers across the organization.
  • Participate in the development and adoption of standards, policies, and best practices within ERP and across business lines, including the alignment of global business processes to system standards.
  • Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.
  • Champion change and innovation, stimulating creativity, innovation, and openness to innovative ideas.
  • Ensure all required controls are in place and monitor for compliance.
