Job Title: Application Platform Owner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Application Platform Owner to join our team at iMatch Technical Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Alloy application and ensuring its seamless integration with our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Alloy application, including its business rules, thresholds, workflows, and risk reduction capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement strategic initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with vendors to integrate Alloy with new and existing applications, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Administer and configure the Alloy application, including fraud rules, journeys, workflows, tags, reason codes, user access, and user permissions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure Alloy meets company needs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with integrating new products and services into Alloy and other applications, ensuring compatibility with dependent systems.
  • Participate in troubleshooting efforts and lead training efforts on the Alloy application and other applications.
  • Lead the product, regulatory, and business requirements definition process, ensuring business needs are communicated and understood by technology delivery teams.
  • Coordinate with business units and compliance department to define and translate regulatory, legal, and compliance-related changes into precise requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of software development and familiarity with technologies necessary to maintain a banking operation.
  • Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing applications.
  • Ability to influence and drive change, with strong organizational skills and advanced customer relations skills.
  • Ability to determine functional needs from non-technical conversations with users and use analytical skills and tools to make sound business recommendations.
  • Graphics and modeling experience a plus, to represent requirements information in graphical forms.
  • Technical writing required to document policy and procedures.

Working Conditions: Hybrid and typical office conditions, with light intermittent physical effort and occasional reach, move objects above head or below waist, and lift/carry objects up to 20 pounds for short distances.
