Job Title: Client-Centric Experience Design

We are seeking a seasoned Experience Design Strategist to join our team at snipeHIRE. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic services to our clients, driving business growth through user-centric design thinking, and fostering strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-Centered Design Thinking: Facilitate immersive design thinking workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, and synthesize findings to map out strategic opportunities.
  • Strategic Vision Co-creation: Work closely with clients to co-create a transformative XD strategy, translate the collaborative vision into a comprehensive roadmap, and define key milestones and timelines.
  • Client Stakeholder Alignment: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensure seamless alignment and engagement throughout the strategic planning process, and present findings in a persuasive manner.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Champion a collaborative and user-centric mindset, encourage cross-functional dialogue, and continuously evaluate the performance of client transformational initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design strategy, experience design, or related role, with a proven track record of driving strategic efforts.
  • Proven experience showcasing successful design thinking workshops, strategic vision development, and roadmap creation for clients.
  • Strong understanding of business fundamentals, especially unit economics and productivity metrics.
  • Proficiency in design thinking, user research methodologies, strategic planning, and agile development processes.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
