Job Title: Business Development Manager

ZDA, LLC Supply Chain Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Greater Houston Area, TX. This is a new position in a growing company reporting to the Executive VP.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the technical sales business development space. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in selling technical pressure vessels, reactors, and jacketed reactors made from stainless steel and nickel alloys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide consultative sales support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales business development
  • Proven track record of developing sales and acquiring new accounts
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Experience selling for highly engineered EPC companies using nickel alloys and hard metals
  • Heat exchangers and refinery expansions experience with a fabricator
