Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Wegman. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customized responses to pitches and RFPs/RFIs to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the listing and rankings process, including drafting content to showcase our firm's expertise.
- Drive business development plans for our practice groups, ensuring activity and follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate business development initiatives to recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collect and organize client information, representative matters, and experience for use in marketing materials.
- Collaborate with our Knowledge Resources department to research and analyze clients, prospects, and competitors.
- Identify and participate in industry events, representing our firm and building relationships.
- Provide backup support to fellow team members as needed.
- Attend and report on department activities at regular firm meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree required; JD/MBA a plus.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation skills.
