Customer Experience Representative

Corps Team is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA. This is a 6+ month contract to hire position with a hybrid schedule, onsite Tues-Thurs and remote on Monday and Fridays.

Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be part of an elite team of professionals dedicated to ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service responses
  • Follow customer support guidelines established by the customer experience supervisor
  • Answer customer inquiries, diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle customer complaints and develop solutions
  • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
  • Maintain a sound understanding and adherence to quality policies
  • Be proficient in the use of Netsuite ERP system
  • Be a knowledge expert with products and provide product information
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and products are developed in a customer-centric manner
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent education required
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
  • Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem-solving
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
