Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diamond Parking. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their parking needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and professional service to all customers, including those with special needs or requests.
  • Meet and exceed customer service experience and financial deadlines.
  • Train and develop Leads and CSR's in customer service, operational procedures, and time-card completion.
  • Conduct audits and take necessary action to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize parking revenue while providing excellent customer service.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently within established guidelines.
  • Ensure Leads are meeting expectations and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Onboard and train new CSR's, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee data posting and review NetSuite to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
