TicketsWest, a Paciolan company, is a leading ticketing solution powering various live entertainment organizations. As a Customer Care Representative, you will interact with consumers over the phone, via email, and web forms to facilitate pre and post-event consumer inquiries and ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate ticket sales and pre/post-purchase consumer service inquiries at the box office, via the phone room, and via written communication.
  • Answer inbound calls to the box office.
  • Facilitate daily fulfillment operations for all Paciolan fulfillment clients.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal customer service to clients and consumers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computerized ticketing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Money handling experience.
  • Ability to connect honestly and openly with guests and your team.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives, and agencies.

Education and Experience:

  • High School education required.
  • Event Box Office or customer service experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment strongly preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

The approximate base pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour.
