About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Upside. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and paid advertising platforms
