Funciones Esenciales:
- Colaborar estrechamente con la gerencia y los empleados para mejorar las relaciones laborales, fomentar la moral y aumentar la productividad y la retención.
- Viajar al menos el 25% del tiempo, apoyando diversas áreas geográficas según sea necesario.
- Gestionar y resolver cuestiones complejas de relaciones laborales, llevando a cabo investigaciones efectivas y objetivas.

- Conocimiento sólido de múltiples disciplinas de recursos humanos, incluyendo gestión del talento y relaciones laborales.
- Habilidades de influencia y experiencia en organizaciones complejas con múltiples partes interesadas.

- Experiencia significativa en análisis de fuerza laboral y uso de datos para decisiones estratégicas.
