Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide remote hardware and software support to our clients. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 technical support to clients via remote desktop and remoting tools
  • Monitor work queues and manage ServiceNow incidents
  • Document user requests and issues, including diagnostic steps and resolutions
  • Act as a single point of contact for users, directing questions and reporting problems
  • Install desktop hardware and software, including printers and imaging software
  • Support satellite offices and clinical sites
  • Keep system information up to date in the ticketing system
  • Rotate on-call schedule with the team
  • Install and support Veterinary Practice Management Software
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 5 years of professional work experience
  • Experience supporting Telecom
  • Proficiency in MDM, O365 troubleshooting, and user management
  • Knowledge of data communication and network concepts
  • Relevant experience or strong aptitude for building or supporting data networks
Physical Demands
  • Sedentary work with occasional need to move around the office
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer
