The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, based on industry standards and the Knoxville, TN location. This compensation package reflects our commitment to offering competitive rates and rewarding hard work and dedication.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through leads and referrals.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.Staying up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices through ongoing training and education.Meeting or exceeding new business production goals and objectives established by management.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

A successful sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A Property & Casualty Insurance License and/or Life & Health Insurance License is preferred but not required.
