Sales Growth Specialist

In this Outside Sales Executive position, you can earn over $100,000 annually. With a base salary of $50,000, plus a car and phone allowance, and a lucrative commission/bonus structure, your earning potential is substantial.
About the Job:
City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team in the Greensboro/Winston Salem/High Point area. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prospect and qualify new business leads, scheduling appointments and presenting our services to potential clients.
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships, expanding our service offerings and increasing revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, using CRM software to track sales activity and progress.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity. Cold calling, territory management, and CRM system proficiency are essential skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, are also crucial.
