Overview of the RN Nurse Residency Program

Emory Healthcare is excited to announce our comprehensive RN Nurse Residency Program designed for new graduates. This program provides a structured transition into professional nursing practice, tailored for those who have recently completed their nursing education.

Program Structure:

  • The residency spans 12 months, during which participants will engage in both clinical practice and educational sessions.
  • Monthly learning opportunities will be provided, including interactive workshops and evidence-based practice projects that must be completed within the residency timeframe.
