Your Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain a systematic flow of goods within the stockroom and onto the sales floor.
  • Assist in stocking products and preparing merchandise for display.
  • Review and rectify incorrectly priced items, ensuring the stockroom meets company standards.
  • Accurately log and file all necessary documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments.
  • Prepare items for vendor returns, transfers, or customer shipments.
  • Stay vigilant regarding loss prevention to mitigate risks.
  • Safeguard company assets and manage inventory shrinkage.
  • Receive delivered packages, confirming the correct quantity and product match.
  • Unload merchandise into the stockroom or designated areas.
  • Label items with identifying codes, including pricing and inventory control information.
  • Replenish shelves with unpacked items as necessary.
  • Ensure labels are clear and easily visible.
  • Assist customers in fulfilling orders and ensure they receive the correct products.
  • Process customer orders received via mail, web, or phone by retrieving and preparing items for shipment.
  • Calculate merchandise pricing accurately.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in communication, actions, and appearance.
  • Embrace challenges and strive to surpass goals.

Qualifications:
