Job Summary

This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Production Associates will be responsible for working independently to achieve production goals. Collectively, the assembly line will be responsible for assembling and packaging sponges for large brands like Brillo. To be successful in this role, you must have great attendance and attitude, as well as be able to meet/exceed production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machinery used for sponge production, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet high standards.
  • Report any defects or issues with products or machinery to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Package finished sponges according to specified guidelines, ensuring they are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
  • Handle packaging materials and products with care to prevent damage.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to company cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 1 – 2 years of manufacturing or assembly line experience.
  • Ability to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 30lbs consistently.
  • Ability to operate machinery and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be available for over-time and weekends.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
