Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team at Mai Placement. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop strategies to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing all inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for challenging accounts, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Quote Follow-up: Follow up on declined quotes, addressing objections and identifying solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client Representation: Represent the company to clients with a high level of professionalism and confidence.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  1. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
  2. Sales Approach: Sales-oriented approach to client retention.
  3. Problem-Solving: Driven and self-motivated, capable of taking ownership of tasks and exceeding client expectations.
  4. Attention to Detail: Ability to learn and manage complex account details with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, especially in commercial services or high-stakes environments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and common sense.

The estimated salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 per year.
