Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate caregiver assignments and schedules
  • Develop patient profiles and match caregivers
  • Ensure visit confirmation and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to client inquiries and voicemails in a timely manner
  • Document calls and follow-up procedures

Requirements:

  • Creole language proficiency (required)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
