Job Description

Company Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team at International Staffing Consultants, Inc. This is a hybrid role, with 50% of the time spent in the office near the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Transition clients to the Client Services Group and maximize opportunities for upselling services
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business owners and C-level executives through regular communication and personalized engagement
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase benefits and drive conversions
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities to meet revenue targets
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless client experiences and aligned sales efforts
  • Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide updates to management on sales progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in payroll services or related industry
  • Demonstrated sales acumen, expertise in sales processes, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, plus commissions, benefits, and a generous PTO policy.
