Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet high standards of customer service and hotel policies.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services, and communicate this information to guests and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel property management systems.
- A competitive salary range of $17.50-$18.00 per hour.
