Job Summary

The successful candidate will collaborate with administrative and analytics leadership to design and architect a platform for establishing pipelines using Machine Learning Operations principles. This role requires strong technical expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect a platform for establishing pipelines using Machine Learning Operations principles.
  • Work with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning results into analytic products and business applications.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of deployed models and analytics strategies.
  • Develop tools and libraries to support machine learning projects and experiments.
  • Provide coaching to data scientists on engineering solutions for complex ML use-cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Three years of experience in data analysis or data science, including experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and validation experience.
  • Experience with tools such as SPSS, SAS, Python, or R.
  • Data exploration, cleaning, and preparation experience.

Candidates must have references that confirm their experience. A criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen are required.
