Job Summary

The Director of Corporate Outreach will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Outreach Strategy, with a focus on engaging ACH end-users and creating resources to promote greater ACH visibility and awareness among business and related stakeholders. This position requires a subject matter expert in ACH, with experience in business payment processes, to support the mission of promoting ACH adoption and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for ACH and business payments, creating educational materials for webinars and in-person presentations.
  • Collaborates with the Nacha communications department to develop and execute resource deliverables, outbound communications, and online resources.
  • Works with the Senior Director, Industry Engagement to promote ACH awareness and adoption with specific industry verticals.
  • Stays current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to ACH payments.
  • Gathers and analyzes feedback to continuously improve educational offerings and address any gaps in understanding.
  • Represents Nacha in industry events and identifies opportunities for engagement.
Requirements
  • College degree and minimum of 5 years' experience in electronic payments and related resource development.
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), and/or CTP preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative-taker with a well-developed aptitude for time management.
