About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. This is a full-time administrative faculty position with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Corporate Partners Program, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporations for major gifts in support of the Costello College of Business goals and priorities.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate prospects, ensuring consistent and adequate communication between the Costello College of Business and Central Advancement.
  • Work closely with development leadership, faculty, staff, and program leads to clarify and articulate fundraising goals.
  • Supervise the Scholarship Binders each semester and manage at least two boards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leadership and staff at priority corporations and foundations, building a strong network of supporters for the Costello College of Business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, oral and written communication skills, and good judgment.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize multiple requests for support, and handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to document appropriate information in a donor management database system.
  • Three years of fund-raising experience in a complex development organization, preferably in corporate and foundation relations.
