Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient service and support our medical office team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting patients, and ensuring a smooth front office experience. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage daily operations effectively.



Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls to the right personnel
• Greet patients and check them in/out
• Schedule appointments and verify chart completeness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in a medical office setting or 2+ years with an Associate's degree
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position in New Haven, Connecticut. The role operates Monday through Friday with varying schedules and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Pay Rate:
$24-$27/hr
