At Regent Aerospace Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Aerospace Program Director to oversee and coordinate our programs/contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and management goals related to schedules, financial operations, technical performance, tracking, and contract administration.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, manage, and influence in a matrix organization. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence and terms of contractual nature for each program, reviewing financial and legal clauses, terms, and conditions of contracts, representing the company in the administration of new and follow-up contracts, changes, or amendments, maintaining excellent customer relations, and ensuring full communication with customers at all times.

In this role, you will also evaluate potential business opportunities for technical feasibility, potential risks, and technically sound approaches, collaborate with manufacturing to ensure productivity and realize minimum cost production methods, and direct the creation of solutions to special problems discovered in testing and fabrication or processing.

To succeed as an Aerospace Program Director, you should have a bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline or equivalent experience, three to seven years of aerospace experience, and knowledge of ISO 9000, JIT, project management techniques, and estimating methods.

You should also possess problem-solving skills, be able to read and comprehend documentation written in English, and be able to read component maintenance manuals (CMMs).
