Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in the industry for 120 years, we are committed to excellence and innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals. With a strong focus on training and development, you will become an expert in our systems and process, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.
This is a paid weekly position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through B2B relationships.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- The desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
