In this role, you will be the guiding force behind our participants' journey towards self-sufficiency. You will serve as the primary case manager for the W2 program, assisting individuals in assessing their needs and reaching their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary case manager for the W2 program.
  • Monitor program compliance through various reports.
  • Motivate participants to complete components required for W2.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our systems for program tracking and reporting.
  • Facilitate job readiness workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to lead, facilitate, and conduct a group case management model.
  • Ability to create and effectively use material that leads to the advancement of W2 participants.
  • Must have the ability to adjust to frequent change in policy, reporting and program delivery.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire participants to make positive changes.
