Business Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our Relationship Manager in scheduling and coordinating activities and initiatives that facilitate the new policy and client service processes at National Financial Partners.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing superior client service by identifying the client's needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless coordination of all projects and initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to client interactions and project progress
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve client satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary Range**
$65,000 - $85,000 per year
