**Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and foster a welcoming environment. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, planning company events, assisting with meetings, and providing administrative support to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen calls; greet and assist visitors
- Organize and maintain the office calendar and schedule meetings
- Set up conference rooms, including catering and materials
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries; maintain office supply inventory
- Provide administrative support to the principal, including meeting prep and travel arrangements
- Manage travel logistics and itineraries for the principal and design team
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Support financial operations by making credit card entries in QuickBooks Online
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of office management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license is also required.
