About This Opportunity

We invite you to join our team as an Office Coordinator for Residential Communities. This role is based in Miami, FL, at our University Lakes community.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate events and activities for residents
  • Manage community expenses and perform financial tasks
  • Collaborate with community managers to achieve business goals
  • Maintain accurate records and databases

Required skills include excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. A valid driver's license and bilingual ability (English/Spanish) are also required.
