Community Launch Coordinator

As a Community Launch Coordinator with Hotwire Communications, you will play a critical role in the successful launch of our services at assigned properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining ongoing communication with property stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional support throughout the launch process.
Key Responsibilities- You will maintain ongoing communication with property stakeholders regarding project status, keeping them informed of progress and any changes.
- Be on site throughout the entire launch of the project, visiting new construction sites weekly during construction and more frequently as needed during the move-in process, ensuring that all aspects of the process run smoothly.
- Hold regular meetings with community representatives or developers to discuss project progress and address any concerns, promoting collaboration and open communication.
- Represent Hotwire Communications during scheduled property Town Halls and/or Board Meetings, promoting the company's brand and values, and addressing any questions or concerns from attendees.
- Collaborate with operational teams to create orders for all operational needs, including personnel, back-office workspace, equipment, and office trailer space, ensuring that all requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Obtain lists of property VIPs, Board Members, and other 'friendlies' for testing and initial installs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Secure maps of the property/community and diagrams/floor plans for homes/condos to be installed, facilitating effective communication and planning, and minimizing potential issues.
- Provide relevant information to billing to ensure accurate Hotwire commencement based on contract terms, streamlining the billing process and reducing errors.
- Coordinate pre-launch community-wide signup events to kick-start the home survey/LOA process with On-Site Operations Team, driving engagement and adoption of Hotwire's services.
- Coordinate contract deliverables, including hardware and services to common area(s) and back-office locations, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruptions.
- Ensure common areas within the contract are completed prior to system activation, working closely with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Persoanlly handle MSAs and correspondence for VIPs, Board Members, and other 'friendlies,' fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle escalated customer and on-site subscriber issues, including damage claims, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate informational community-wide meetings to train residents on technology or inform them of project status/changes, promoting education and awareness.
- Introduce the ongoing operational Account Manager to the property upon turnover to internal operations group, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing disruption.
- We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
