As a key member of our Integrated Clinical Care team, you will deliver culturally appropriate mental health treatment, crisis intervention, prevention, and education.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Counseling: Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct one-on-one, family, and group counseling sessions.
- Continuing Education: Maintain professional knowledge by attending seminars, workshops, and conferences, and reviewing professional publications.
- Community Development: Support Tribal community development efforts, participate in special events, and work with community services and resources to provide continuous care.
- Documentation and Meetings: Regularly document patient progress, attend community meetings, and participate in staff committees to discuss cases and provide feedback.
Requirements: A strong understanding of mental health principles, cultural competency, and excellent communication skills. Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of community resources are highly desirable.
