Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Rye Subaru. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to impact the customer positively.
  • Concierge Support: Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether on the phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Diagnostic Support: Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts as necessary.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and friendly personality.
  • Technical Competencies: Basic computer competencies - knowledge of CDK a plus.
  • Time Management: Time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Service History: Consistent record of service and sales success.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Supervision: Able to work with little supervision.
  • Driving Record: Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
