YOUR ROLE:
As a vital member of our Table Games department, you will oversee the daily operations during your assigned shift.

Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Table Games staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor game protection and overall table game operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Collaborate with management on scheduling and address any operational concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in budget planning by providing insights and supporting compliance with departmental financial goals.
  • Promote exceptional customer service and ensure all team members uphold service standards.
  • Oversee cash and chip transactions, ensuring accurate payouts and maintaining accountability for gaming equipment.
  • Manage table inventories and effectively set table limits to optimize gaming operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive work environment by engaging with team members and addressing feedback and grievances.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and report any potential issues to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all departmental and company matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in a related field or a minimum of three years of experience in a similar leadership role within Table Games.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Table Games operations and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Table Games operating systems.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and interact diplomatically with guests and team members.
  • Competence in writing reports and procedural documentation.
  • Capability to present information effectively to various audiences.
  • Strong mathematical skills for managing financial transactions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
