Job Summary

As a Reinsurance Claims Analyst at Chubb, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day reinsurance claim operations in North America. This hybrid role combines 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, providing a great work-life balance. You will be based out of our Philadelphia, PA office and report to the Director, Ceded Reinsurance Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of claims in accordance with reinsurance contract terms
• Verify and complete billings in a timely and accurate manner
• Track, monitor, and collect open ceded loss recoverable balances
• Provide accurate status of billings and collections as required
• Manage SOX functions and audit testing (Internal/External)
• Support Chubb business units and interact with brokers/reinsurers
• Proactively identify issues and recommend effective solutions

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate with other units within the department, the company, and reinsurance partners
