Sales and Business Development Executive

Job Summary
UL Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business and meet/exceed sales targets by positioning UL Solutions software offerings to key industries (industrial, commercial, retail).

Account Management
Develop account strategies for solution-selling across industry-specific UL software portfolios. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Client Engagement
Qualify and engage prospects, build relationships with Fortune 1000 executives, and secure new clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes and renewals.

Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in sales best practices, CRM systems, and delivering high-impact presentations. Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
