Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group Housing Coordinator to join our team at JW Marriott Dallas Arts District. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting administrative needs across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to hotel staff, including preparing documents, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients, facilitating a smooth event process from pre-event to post-event.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, supporting team goals and objectives.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
