Position Overview:

The Breast Imaging Specialist plays a crucial role in our women's health division, executing mammography examinations to aid in the detection of medical conditions.

This role involves precise patient positioning and the operation of imaging equipment to ensure optimal image quality through correct settings for density, contrast, and definition.

We prioritize creating a welcoming environment for patients, ensuring they feel valued and secure throughout their visit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Conduct mammography procedures following established guidelines.
  • Verify image quality before patients exit the facility.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to guarantee high-quality imaging and patient care.
  • Focus on patient service and care as the primary responsibility.
  • Report any quality or equipment concerns to management.
  • Keep records updated to comply with accreditation standards.
  • Provide patient education and support to enhance comfort during procedures.
  • Operate imaging machinery effectively.
