Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key features and enhancements
  • Drive innovation in the Media Relations product suite, incorporating advanced features like AI-powered search, analytics, and personalized contact profiles
  • Oversee customer feedback efforts, including Voice of Customer Program and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), to inform product prioritization
  • Lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success in managing global product portfolios, particularly in media and influencer relations
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to drive product innovation and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels
