Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Employment Process Group. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our environmental inspection services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing duties effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality services
  • Update and maintain accurate records of client and service information
Requirements
  • Positive and proactive demeanor, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong prioritization and resilience skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer applications, with experience in coordination and client service roles a plus
  • Multitasking in a dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
