Job Description

We're seeking a Marketing Manager to manage Integrated Campaigns across marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring all channels align on goals and message hierarchy.

  1. Manage planning, execution, and performance of customer-facing sport campaigns and multi-channel partnership programs.
  2. Assess strategy efficacy following each campaign by working with commercial, insights, and analytics teams, and adapt future campaigns based on learnings.
  3. Create run-of-show presentation or post-mortem decks for marketing campaigns, maintaining a resource of past campaign results and sharing with stakeholders.
  4. Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to establish effective communications strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.
  5. Evaluate adherence to guidelines and processes while identifying opportunities to improve current ways of working.
  6. Contribute to the ideation of promotions compliant with regulations.
  7. Develop strategies informing creative briefs and resulting in exceptional creative execution.
  8. Act as marketing liaison for product integrations with streaming partners, collaborating with product and UX leads to ensure optimal customer experience.
  9. Build relationships with partners to foster trust and collaboration between organizations.
  10. Mentor and/or manage junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines, and deployment in a robust business required.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects in an evolving landscape.
  • Acutely attentive to detail.
  • Prior experience managing partner relationships a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana a plus.
  • Knowledge of sports or heavily regulated industries a plus.
