About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Nebulon Dynamics, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Your goal will be to build and enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive revenue through data-driven strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to craft effective campaigns
  3. Create and manage paid search, social media, and display ad campaigns
  4. Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
  5. Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content
  6. Use content management systems to manage website content and ensure it is fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines
  7. Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page and off-page SEO efforts to drive organic traffic to our website
  8. Work closely with our web development team to improve site speed, mobile optimization, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
  9. Monitor SEO performance through analytics tools and generate detailed reports on results
  10. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage current clients, and drive conversions
  11. Segment email lists to send targeted messages based on customer demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels
  12. A/B test subject lines, copy, and design to optimize email performance
  13. Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts to assess ROI
  14. Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  15. Manage our social media presence, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  16. Create engaging posts, monitor social conversations, and respond to comments and inquiries to foster positive community engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and measurable results
  • Experience managing paid ad campaigns and SEO
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM tools
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools and content management systems
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team
