Role Overview

The Field Influencer Marketing Associate will work closely with the Digital Earned Media team to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns for high-profile entertainment clients. This role entails managing multiple local field campaigns in various markets, which may include national and global initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Collaborate with the Vice President and SVP to optimize local influencer strategies and ensure effective campaign execution across multiple markets.">
  • Analyze market trends and maintain centralized documentation for campaigns to support efficient collaboration with local teams.">
  • Develop and manage internal campaign trackers and KPI reports within external documents.">
  • Organize brainstorming calls and compile final concepts into client-facing documents for approvals.">
  • Maintain deadlines by following up with teams on items due in the coming days and flag past-due items to relevant stakeholders.">
  • Create cross-market reports in Keynote and coordinate data input with local teams, coordinators, and senior leaders.">
  • Proof and format client-facing documents and reports.">
  • Analyze ROI of influencer category types across campaigns and provide insights for optimized workflow processes and database management.">
  • Research and report on industry-specific influencer trends to deliver innovative concepts.">
  • Provide regular updates to the Vice President and SVP on current work progress and key responsibilities.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing principles and social media platforms.">
  • Effective research skills and experience with influencer contracting for paid opportunities.">
  • Understanding of the entertainment marketing funnel and how influencers contribute to KPIs.">
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to operate under pressure.">
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Keynote, and advanced Excel skills.">
  • Ability to build influencer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Self-motivated, confident, and creative individual.">
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a BS/BA degree preferred or relevant experience.">

Work Environment and Benefits

  • A full-time remote option with 9am-6pm hours, with Eastern or Central time zones preferred.">
  • A competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k, and Flexible PTO.">
