- Oversee the creation and upkeep of precise engineered standards through comprehensive time and frequency assessments.
- Establish and uphold Best Practices for all operational roles, including the training of both management and staff on productivity enhancements and operational methodologies.
- Contribute to organizational goals and support cost and efficiency improvement projects through thorough needs analysis, workflow evaluations, and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize effective project management techniques to strategize, develop, and ensure the successful completion of assigned projects, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experiment with innovative concepts to optimize workflow and layout within distribution facilities.
- Assist in the design and integration of material handling systems within both existing and newly developed facilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a distribution center setting.
- Familiarity with Standard Data and Predetermined Time Systems (e.g., MTM, MOST).
- Proficient in work measurement techniques and tools, particularly in time study methodologies.
