We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager - Engineering Process Lead to join our team at ASML. Job Summary:

As a Product Development Manager - Engineering Process Lead, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex products to meet customer needs. You will work closely with engineering teams, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing engineering processes and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Manager - Engineering Process Lead who possesses a strong background in engineering, project management, and leadership. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex products
  • Developing and implementing engineering processes and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Working closely with engineering teams, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement mitigation plans
  • Developing and delivering training programs to improve team skills and knowledge
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in product development, project management, and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with configuration control tools such as Agile
