We are seeking a Chief Marketing Strategist who possesses a strategic outlook, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills. A solid understanding of contemporary marketing tools and the ability to make impactful decisions are essential.


Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will enhance our integrated marketing efforts by collaborating with business development, operations, and executive leadership to provide strategic guidance and oversight for the marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:


Enhance the marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives to bolster the company's industry presence and client relationships.

Formulate strategic and operational plans along with budgets for all marketing endeavors.

Oversee the development and assessment of advertising and promotional strategies, approving all marketing initiatives.

Establish metrics and systems to evaluate and manage marketing performance effectively.


Direct the content marketing strategy, including the company website, newsletters, social media, and multimedia assets, ensuring alignment with product launches and corporate messaging.


Support the business development team by providing comprehensive collateral, managing responses to RFPs, and preparing materials for client presentations.

Collaborate on corporate sponsorships, trade show participation, and client engagement activities.


Ensure that internal communications consistently reflect the company's messaging and align with business objectives and branding initiatives to enhance employee engagement.


Manage the CRM system to maintain accurate records of clients and projects, ensuring timely reporting.


Lead the collection and analysis of market research to identify opportunities and trends, communicating insights to relevant stakeholders.

Develop and implement systems to measure and track marketing effectiveness.

Identify staffing needs within the marketing department, overseeing recruitment, training, and management of marketing personnel.


Coordinate with external agencies and consultants to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.


Oversee client experience initiatives, including feedback surveys and public relations efforts, to uphold high standards of client care.


Implement programs that enhance the public image of Hoar Construction through various promotional avenues.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

A proven track record in senior marketing roles with experience in campaign development.

10-15 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services.

Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing marketing talent.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities with a history of budget management.

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and social media engagement.

Work Environment:


This position is primarily office-based, requiring regular interaction with various stakeholders.


Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform tasks in an office setting, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing, occasional lifting of moderate weights, and operating office equipment.
