Key Responsibilities- Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule field services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Field Operations Management: Oversee and manage field operations, including inventory management, vehicle maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on field operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Operations Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in the environmental testing industry preferred.
- Certifications: Current Cal OSHA/AHERA certification as a Certified Building Inspector, Certified Contract Supervisor, Certification as a Lead Sampling Technician, and Certification as a Site Surveillance Technician through the State of California.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe; strong team and people skills; ability to handle a constantly changing work environment and allocate resources accordingly.
- Competitive Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000 + benefits.
